For survey stats purposes tell us how you learned about our pantry.

Next, if you are requesting products,

Please be aware that we are a small pantry with no income to run pantry and depend on community support.

We are a small pantry therefor we can only provide a 30 day supply one time.

Please provide the following information. If we do not have the requested pouching system, we may be able to offer a substitute.

In order to help we need the following information:

1. Product reference numbers are needed to find the product(s) you request.

2. Brand name of the product that you use.

3. Is the pouch a one piece or two piece?

4. What is the flange sizes you can find that on you box your pouches come in? This info is on your supply box.

5. Is it a convex (half bowl shape) flange or a flat flange? The flange is the part that sticks to your stomach?

6. You also must provide an address and be willing to pre-pay postage before we ship.

If you are able to pre-pay postage then we will be able to help if we have the supplies you need.

If you live locally we require a 20.00 donation to help with pantry operations.
